I am hesitating to write to you [Jessica] because I don’t want to jinx how well “J” is sleeping! Pretty much everything you said was true: “J” was ready to sleep independently. She completely understands that she needs to be doing this and she wants to! She is so happy in the mornings and she is asking to go to bed, doesn’t fight it and is just all around doing well. She fully slept through the night on the 3rd night.

I just want to say a huge THANK YOU to Amelia, for literally saving my sanity. I knew I needed help, and I knew the basics of what I needed to do for my 1 year old, but the support and guidance that she provided was exactly what I needed. The amount of support is what surprised me the most. It felt as though she was right there for me any time I needed her. My daughter was taking 1-3 hours to get to bed, waking every 1-2 hours, and waking at 3 or 4 am daily. Naps were also a struggle. Needless to say, I was at the end of my rope. Obviously we still have hiccups and teething and issues, but now I KNOW when there is an issue or something hurts. Thank you so much for everything!!! This has been an amazing experience and it was actually a lot easier knowing it was you that was helping us through it! I would say the biggest improvement that I have seen is that he is able to fall asleep on his own and takes consistent naps which in turn has made a world of difference in his temperament! Our son has always been a decent sleeper, but as he approached a year there were certain habits we couldn’t seem to break, and we had a sense that we all could and should be better rested.
